Do you ship via letter mail
Sadly, we have discontinued US Letter Mail shipping. Given the high number of lost packages and the constraints of being a small business, it's not feasible for me to continue with that shipping method
Do you offer tracking?
Yes boo, I gotchu! We offer tracking on every package to ensure none are lost.
How long does it take to ship?
Everything is handmade with love (and maybe a few glittery tears).
Processing time: 3–5 business days
Shipping time: 3–7 business days (via USPS)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most items are handmade or custom, I don’t accept returns. But if there’s a mistake or something’s wrong with your order, PLEASE reach out! I’ll always try to fix it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed BEFORE your shipping label is created. After that, your goodies will already be shipped.
